In this episode, I share the powerful stories and insights from two recent Family Constellation workshops in the Netherlands. One participant sitting quietly in the sideline was unexpectedly moved to tears. When she heard a sentence spoken by a representative, something broke open—she felt, “This is what my father, who passed away years ago, would have said to me.”

Although she had returned to life after her father’s death, thinking she had moved on, the words touched a deep grief she didn’t know she still carried. Her tears flowed freely. Something old and frozen within her began to melt.

As a Dutch systemic facilitator once said:
“Tears melt the ice on your soul.”

In this episode, I reflect on the invisible losses we carry across generations, the systemic nature of grief, and the sacred role we all play in each other's healing. A single story in a constellation often resonates with the untold stories in many others.

None of us is an island. In the field of constellation, we witness, we are witnessed, and through that, we remember who we are.

💌 Event links for my upcoming Family Constellation workshops and online IFS sharing can be found in the description.

This week, I found myself overwhelmed. Between studying IFS (Internal Family Systems), preparing for my Father’s Day workshop, and publishing three podcast episodes — I barely had time to breathe.

But during my weekly reflection, something surprising happened. I wrote down the question I always ask myself:
✨ “What joyful moments did I experience this week?”
And to my astonishment… I found nine.

This episode is a gentle invitation for you to pause, slow down, and lift the veil that busy life often casts over your heart. I share my reflections on learning IFS, my feelings after recording the Father’s Day special, and thoughts on the rising role of AI coaches (from Episode 28).

    🌱 In this episode:

    • The hidden joy behind a full and busy life
    • Why IFS learning challenged and inspired me
    • Reflections on men’s emotional world from Podcast 29
    • AI coaches vs. human coaches — how do we stay human?
    • A loving invitation to pause and reflect on your own week

🎧 Listen to the two related episodes:

🔸 Episode 28: Human Coaches vs. AI Coaches: Where Are We Going?
🔸 Episode 29: Coming Home to Father: A Journey of Healing and Acceptance

🌼 Questions for your own reflection:

    • What moments of joy or connection did you almost miss this week?
    • Who can you thank for being there for you?

May this episode be a quiet breath in your week.
And may you leave it feeling more grounded, more grateful, and more connected.

作为一位系统排列师与正在学习 IFS 内在家庭系统的我,在读完 Richard Schwartz 的书《You Are the One You’ve Been Waiting For》后,心中浮现出一个深切的愿望——邀请你,一起温柔地重新看见“父亲”的角色。

In this special Father’s Day episode, I share insights inspired by You Are the One You’ve Been Waiting For by Richard Schwartz, founder of Internal Family Systems (IFS). Through systemic and heartfelt reflection, I invite you to see your father, your partner, or the men in your life with deeper compassion.

    • How men often carry unspoken burdens behind their silence
    • How to create emotional safety and break toxic cycles in relationships
    • Tender stories from my own family and clients that illustrate healing in action

In this episode of MEEEI · HeartLight, I share a deeply personal and thought-provoking story — how my 21-year-old daughter turned to an AI coaching agent during an emotional crisis. Through her conversations with the Tony Robbins AI bot, she cried, reflected, wrote a healing letter, and found emotional relief.

This experience led me to ask: What is truly irreplaceable about us as human coaches? Can AI offer genuine empathy? And more importantly, could AI coaching tools open new doors for underserved communities who’ve never had access to professional support?

    In this episode, I explore:
🌱 A true story from my family: AI as a mirror and comforter
🌱 Key findings from a recent study on AI coaching agents
🌱 Three prevailing views on AI in coaching: threat, tool, or partner?
🌱 Deeper reflections on equality, psychological safety, and human connection
🌱 Soulful questions to help us rethink the future of coaching — together

🎧 Tune in on BuzzSprout, Spotify, or Apple Podcasts.
May this episode help you rediscover the irreplaceable power of lived experience, deep presence, and the human heart — in the age of AI.

This is a journey of growth, understanding, and love — and it all begins with ourselves. In this episode, you’ll hear:🍃 Am I pushing my child to fulfill the dreams I never achieved? Starting with my real-life story with my daughter, I reflect on how we may unconsciously project our unfinished dreams onto our children.🍃 Why do we need to learn to look inward? Healing relationships begins with seeing ourselves. Deep listening is the first step toward connection.🍃 How can we turn moments of mistakes into moments of deep connection? When a child makes mistakes, it is often the moment they most need us to come close and offer unconditional love.🍃 How can we set boundaries and continue to deepen connection? Gentle yet firm boundaries, combined with ongoing communication, are the foundation for helping children learn emotional regulation.🍃 Why is teamwork between parents so essential during adolescence? A family with a stable, loving relationship between the parents becomes the safest harbor for a teenager navigating this stormy stage.🍃 Why is self-acceptance and self-love so vital for parents? The way you treat yourself shapes the way you love your child. Self-love creates the deepest sense of security for them.🍃 How can we move from comparison to focusing on the process? Instead of saying, “Why can’t you be like other kids?” we can begin to notice and affirm our child’s small daily progress.🍃 Why should parents be gardeners, not carpenters? Our role is not to carve out our child’s life for them, but to nourish them as they grow into who they are.🌱 Closing Reflection: Love is a free and honest connection. At the midpoint of life, I chose to start again.
At 50, I turned away from 25 years of international business consulting and stepped onto building a sustainable business rooted in healing and systemic wisdom.

Over the past year, I’ve experienced challenges and loneliness, but also gained clarity, strength, and deep transformation.

In this episode, I share five key reflections and insights from this journey:

    • Why finding your life’s “WHY” matters more than mastering any skill
    • Investing in your own life is the deepest form of self-love
    • Embracing a steady rhythm is the only way to keep going
    • Creating a sustainable, heart-led business with love and responsibility to make an impact in the world
    • Growing through failure, persisting through solitude, and finding support and resonance

This is not just my personal transformation story — it’s a message to anyone who is searching for meaning and courageously choosing change.

No matter where you are in life, I want to tell you:
