Meet the children of Generation Q. At first they had to be hidden because others were hunting for them, trying to eliminate them, before their specialness infected the world. For then it would be too late to mold the world according to the ideals of those who hunted these infants. What will it take for the world to accept these children who have now become adults? They look a little different from you and me. They act somewhat differently from you and me. And they definitely think very differently from any one of us. Should we fear them?

I was just stopping to fuel up, when blam, I lost control of my craft. Now I'm stranded on this alien planet. If I don't figure out how to get my craft repaired and get out of here soon, I'll be in violation of several of the major space laws and probably some minor ones of which I'm not aware. Or perhaps I'll stay; perhaps they'll make me an all-powerful ruler. But no, I need to return to from where I came. This food doesn't taste too bad, but for all I know, they could be trying to poison me. My translator's not working, and I can't understand a word they're saying.

This book is not about chemical elements. I’m going to offer my apologies for that up front, as I know that might be disappointing to a few of you. Shortly after the turn of the century, my wife, Terry, and I moved to the mountains of Colorado. Shortly after that, I wrote this humorous story about our lives and how my hero wife lived in spite of the debilitating illness of MCS - multiple chemical sensitivity. Terry lives with the severe face pain, the mind fog, the lack of energy. This year was an off year for apples. At least it was in my yard. Others in my neighborhood reported a record year as far as the number of apples on their trees goes. However, my trees only really invest in producing apples every other year. And this year they were saving their energy to reach for the sun. In 2017, I wrote Strawberry Cheesecake Applesauce. Consultants are brought into a project for their expertise, to speed the project along, and to share their knowledge with the client. During their third year of Wizard School, Leesha Fourthchild casts a spell. Actually, she casts several spells, but this one is particularly haunting. Leesha loses her boyfriend Shmedley Thrumbledack and gains him back. Shmedley plays a trick on the couple who were posing as his Parents. And the Tensome learns more about the movement of the Springboks, who Arlanda Florida the Principal is certain are up to no good. A bully becomes friends with Shmedley. Shmedley can be friends with almost anyone, so this is not that surprising. And Amanda Sunflower Triangulum also gains a friend.

Moose Feather is a story of a young boy named Davey. His family decides to move to an Intentional Community - one where everybody has different responsibilities. In this community, everybody is assigned a Community Name. Davey gets the great name of Moose Feather, except Davey doesn’t think it’s so great. Davey has a hard time becoming part of the community. He has left all his friends behind. He meets a girl named Chipmunk who helps him with his transition. After school is over for the year, all the kids in the community move into a different time and reality - unbeknownst to the adults.

Appli Kay Wisper thought that things at Wizard School would be different. Why had she thought that? Well it was Wizard School. And well, Wizards were different. And maybe things were different here. But for her, things were the same. People still walked through Appli as if she wasn’t there. Of course she was there, she was Solid as …. She was going to say, Solid as a brick. But she thought of bricks as being rather plain. And she certainly was anything but plain. Well, she couldn’t think for the moment of something which was solid, but which was not plain.
