Data Dragon Danika

After a great deal of preparation, Danika begins her new digital dragon's life in a very small way. They say the "Living Jade Empire" creates individualized quests. They say it can read your mind. They say you can find your heart's desire. They say that there has never been a game like it, and they are right, but they are also wrong. The game is a data mine, built to retell the old tales that humans have been telling each other since language was invented.

The players in Living Jade Empire grow as their adventures expand their experiences. The game is also expanding its experience and growing more complex. Danika explores new job opportunities and slowly admits to her own feelings. Relationships develop with time, and actions are taken that extend the time available for several of our players.

Life is a series of reactions. A patchwork of fixes and some structural changes in NPC identity storage result in internal workarounds that change "Living Jade Empire" forever. Danika and Shinichi develop their own workarounds as their relationship grows.
