January LaVoy
It's the 12th book of the Women's Murder Club series, and it's finally time! Detective Lindsay Boxer is in labor - while two killers are on the loose.
Lindsay Boxer's beautiful baby is born! But after only a week at home with her new daughter, Lindsay is forced to return to work to face two of the biggest cases of her career.
A rising star football player for the San Francisco 49ers is the prime suspect in a grisly murder. At the same time, Lindsay is confronted with the strangest story she's ever heard: An eccentric English professor has been having vivid nightmares about a violent murder and he's convinced is real. Lindsay doesn't believe him, but then a shooting is called in - and it fits the professor's description to the last detail.
Lindsay doesn't have much time to stop a terrifying future from unfolding. But all the crimes in the world seem like nothing when Lindsay is suddenly faced with the possibility of the most devastating loss of her life.

What did you love best about 12th of Never?
This one is set at a quicker pace than the others in series. Could not stop listening. Started book at 7 pm and by 1am I stopped and went to bed and started where I left off in the morning. Shorter book than the others but really good storylines. What did you like best about this story?
The more personal side of the characters came out a bit more in this book. Gives more insight into each one. It helps to know what makes them click.Which character – as performed by January LaVoy – was your favorite?
Richie Conklin. There was a sensitivity that was only aluded to in the other books. I'm not a fan of changing readers in the middle of a series but January did ok with the reading. The distinction between the characters wasn't as pronounce as Carolyn McCormick's performance, but January's voice and cadence made you listen and want more.If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
"WHERE ARE THE BODIES???" for sureAny additional comments?
Getting ready to listen to Unlucky 13. A little sad that 14 isn't out yet.WHERE ARE THE BODIES

Would you consider the audio edition of 12th of Never to be better than the print version?
I do not know. I think I would have enjoyed reading the print version.Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?
The plot kept me involved. I liked the different story linesDid January LaVoy do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
Her voicing of Lindsay was good. I did not like Yuki's voice. The voice of one of the killers made my skin crawl. I liked Carolyn McCormick's narration better.Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
No extreme reaction. I thought the storyline with Lindsay's baby was poignant. Lindsay is my reason for following this series. I am not really interested in the other three woman.Any additional comments?
Recommended only if you have followed the whole series.Nice Addition to Series
