Really enjoyed it!
The content is filled with useful advice, but what separates this audiobook is its human touch. Each approach is described using realistic anecdotes and personal experiences, making it simple to connect with and apply in everyday situations. It's similar like having a heart-to-heart with an intelligent friend who actually cares about your well-being.
What impressed me the most was the wide range of tactics presented. The audiobook covers a wide range of emotional well-being topics, from mindfulness exercises to confidence-building tactics. Solve your emotions for good!
As someone who has read countless self-help related books, I must say, this has got to be one of the best one's I've encountered. James Brannan does an excellent job of not only narrating his own book but educating the listener in an engaging way.
He goes into the science behind why we feel certain emotions, how we should treat and interpret them, and also how to change them. He often goes deep enough into the psychology and physiology to give you a more robust understanding, but doesn't make things too complicated for the average person to understand. Combine that with the quirky analogies James mixes in to help you remember certain concepts while also chuckling a bit.
This audiobook is structured differently than most self-help books (in a good way). Every chapter/section seems very intentional with the wisdom it's trying to impart on you and what it's trying to teach and makes it easier to come back to because of the way it's organized.
This may sound like a bold claim, but this might just be one of the few books most people will ever need regarding navigating your emotions in a healthy and sustainable way!

Yes to 21 ways!
First off, the authors voice is awesome to listen too. I was drawn to the title because who doesn’t want to feel better? There are some fantastic tips along the way, such as, the eft tapping “release & let go” and a new way that I’ve never heard of before “Russian dolls” where you are stepping into a better version of yourself each time. Overall I recommend this audiobook because it has 21 ways to feel/be better.
