The author is very experienced and clear about her recommendations for people suffering from trauma.
The content of the book covers basics about how to stay grounded and present. it helps the reader to be able to listen inwardly and follow the particular way that the inner wisdom guides each of us.
The narrator spoke clearly and her voice was like a robot. I didn't enjoy the narration. It's a worthy book for people suffering from trauma.
