Good Data to work with
This book invites one to challenge oneself to exist with anxiety and still live a full life. This book offers many tools to deal with anxiety. It offers the reader to look at facts when being confronted by anxiety and putting anxiety in it's place. I read it once as suggested and now am reading it again to help get more set on living life wirh anxiety.

So good I had to take notes.
I’m deeply appreciative of the insightful and encouraging mind of this doctor. This was a book I happened to stumble across, but I’m so glad that I got a chance to incorporate it into my daily healing session & upon finishing this book there are a lot of practices that were delivered in a receivable manner that are exciting to help overcome anxiety.

Great for those certain people (not me)
Love how the books stays on track and focuses on what its about.
I do not suffer from the type of anxiety it is about, I do get anxiety once in awhile.
I can somewhat feel what anxious people think in certain situations and I know that this book will help them in regards of controlling their anxiety.

Good way to start
First I want to say that if you like me are battling with anxiety, you should go see a therapist. You can read a thousand books about it but non of them will be specially made for you.
With that being said, this is a great book. Makes you realize you are not alone or crazy and that a lot of people is having the same problems that you have. It is very easy to understand and will keep you interested all the way. I really enjoyed it and it helped me to start going to therapy.

Eye Opening
It showed some things related to my anxiety that I was not even aware where connected to the root causes of it. There’s examples on how to pace yourself, have practical expectations, practice self compassion, & reaffirm the positives. Very helpful book I am glad I listened to it.
