About the Author – Tessa Cason

Tessa established a life coaching practice in 1996, when life coaching was in its infancy. She soon realized that desire, exploration, and awareness did not equate to change and transformation for her clients. She knew she needed a tool to aid her clients in their quest for change. #3: The most effective style of tapping is utilized (same statement vs script tapping). What is the objective of the tapping? Letting go of a hurtful event or the limiting beliefs that led up to the hurtful event?
