Not Volume 2

I thoroughly enjoyed volume #1 of this series. This volume #2 however, would have been better titled as a discussion of current social changes and how they intersect with management. It is centered around racial and social justice issues, family and emotional issues related to work etc. If you are looking for guidance on those topics, it's excellent - but I found it much less interesting. The topics it covers are contemporary and important - no doubt, just not what I was expecting.

Terrible, skip

Not worth the money. Drones on with no particularly interesting insight. I really would love this refunded if able because that's how shit this book is.
