Straight forward with good actionable advice.

Great advice in a perfect format
This is a great read (listen). The format and writing style is rapid fire. There are numerous but short chapters allowing the listener get a meaningful nugget of information in those times when you have only 15 minutes to fill or a block of time to listen. Because the author gets right to the point on each topic or idea, you have to listen carefully. He is not going waste your time setting up, making and then repeating the point. The author is mindful of time management as a theme in the content AND in the way he pins this valuable resource. No doubt his success is a result his efficient use of time with laser focus on the important matter.

I love the book it was definitely in depth
great book lots of details and examples well-thought... Very easy to follow and very good insight in a good refresher if you've been in real estate for a while... And if you've been in real estate for a while they still will help you get some pointers that we might overlook...
