I love finding a new to me author. I tire of sifting through all the so-so books in this genre to find a real gem but I found one.

I loved it :) great cast of characters, some more dimensional than others, I recommend a listen and hope there are more books in this series to come! 🥰

At first I wasn’t sure.. the narrator has a weird infection that makes everything sound like a question. It took me awhile to get used to, but it didn’t take long until I didn’t even notice it. And boy am I glad I stuck it out! It’s a GREAT story, love the characters. I’m excited to listen to more in this series! And hey… I even like the narrator now haha definitely recommend if your a TanaFrench, jo Spain and Dervla Mctiernan fan. Can’t get enough of Irish crime/ police procedural novels!
