About this listen

Discover the game-changing strategies of positive parenting for raising confident and well-adjusted kids.

When it comes to raising kids with ADHD issues, even the toughest of parents have lost ground…and this is the story of millions of parents around the globe.

Research suggests that close to 10 percent of kids between ages 5 and 15 in the US have ADHD issues…and there’s a large number of kids that have no medical or therapeutic assistance. And even those who receive treatment do not show signs of permanent remission…often leading parents to resort to yelling and shouting.

But that’s not the solution….

Children are delicate, and they need to be understood, listened to, and protected.

And when they’re met with hostile behavior, they tend to withdraw in self-doubt and develop self-esteem and anger issues.

But don’t worry–this guidebook has got you covered as it contains an ocean of helpful strategies that can help you reboot your parenting style and raise positive, confident kids.

Inside, you will discover:

  • A comprehensive bundle of tips and strategies to help you build strong communication lines with your kids
  • Relatable parenting anecdotes–proof that you’re not the only parent grappling with ADHD issues
  • A rundown of some of the most effective ADHD treatment and coping strategies–your kids will thank you for using these!
  • A quick tour inside your child’s mind–reasons why they grope and grab…and how you can help them
  • Five+ parenting strategies for nurturing good behavior–tips on how to discipline without yelling!
  • SOS: Resources and support for parents to ensure self-care and positivity (because you need care too!)
  • And so much more!

There’s hope for a better life for both you and your kid!

All you have to do is find the right strategies and stay consistent with them.

Keep your sanity and nurture healthy bonds with your ADHD kid, listen now!

Amazing strategies for raising kids with ADHD

I recently listened to the audiobook "ADHD Parenting Bible - Mindful Techniques for Raising Hyperactive Kids with Behavioral Issues-an Effective Guide to Prevent Outburst by Teaching Emotional Self-Control to Explosive Children" and I have to say, it's been a game-changer for me as a parent. Some key highlights that stood out to me were the importance of understanding ADHD and its impact on children's behavior, the benefits of mindfulness and how it can help parents manage their children's behavior, and the role of emotional self-regulation in preventing outbursts and promoting positive behavior in children with ADHD.

I found the tips and strategies in this audiobook to be incredibly helpful. The relatable parenting anecdotes made me feel like I wasn't alone in my struggles, and the rundown of effective ADHD treatment and coping strategies gave me hope that there are ways to help my child. But what really stood out to me was the section on nurturing good behavior without yelling. As someone who tends to lose my cool easily, this was a game-changer for me. I've already started implementing some of the strategies and have noticed a positive difference in my child's behavior.

The narrator was also a pleasure to listen to. Their calming voice made the audiobook easy to follow and absorb. I highly recommend this audiobook to any parent struggling to raise a child with ADHD. It's full of helpful strategies and tips that can transform your parenting style and create a more peaceful and harmonious environment for your family.

Never Can Get Enough

As the parent of a very active 4 year old, the ADHD is constantly on my own brain, but this book actually eased my mind because h
it helped me understand that ADHD goes much deeper than just a child not focusing on one thing for an extended period of time. As my kid gets older, though, I have a resource to turn to and signs I can look for if It does end up becoming an issue. The ADHD parenting Bible I highly recommend.

This book saved my relationship with my son

This book saved my relationship with my son. It has helped me know what to ask for with his school and how to speak to him about his ADHD, along with tons of advice and guidance. It’s still a long road ahead but this time I have a “roadmap” to how my sons brain works and how and why he does certain things etc. I’m gonna tell you- it isn’t easy. I don’t know what I would have done without the help of this book.

This was a great listen. As a primary school educator, I witness the many complex facets of ADHD on a regular basis. There is no doubt that being well-informed has a crucial impact on how we (our children and ourselves) come to navigate this disorder. With the proper information and guidance such as found in this book, we can approach this intelligently and empower our children to use ADHD to their advantage. If you work with or have children with ADHD, you'll most definitely want to add this one to your library.

AN INVALUABLE RESOURCE

Raising ADHD kids is a real challenge for most parents, and this important book by Lina Cole is an invaluable resource for dealing creatively and constructively with the ADHD child.
Her sensitive approach to the child’s sensibilities and how parents can steer clear of the kind of behavior that negatively impacts their child is a game changer for those worn out, frustrated, and heartsick over their situation at home.
Key to all this is opening the lines of communication. Also, learning about others going through the same thing, their experiences and the ways they’ve responded is helpful and encouraging.
The resources and support for parents with an eye toward self-care is a real plus.
I really enjoyed Lori Gardner’s narration; she is soothing and engaging at the same time. I found the information throughout the book to be easy to understand and presented in an engaging manner - good writing!
Ms. Cole has done her due diligence on the subject, and it’s clear that the information she presents is cutting-edge scientific research.
Highly recommended for anyone with an ADHD child in their life.
