Paul Bunyan, Pecos Bill, and Davy Crockett are some of the roughest, toughest characters to ever blaze the frontier. Clever as the crack of a whip and strong as a wildcat, these tall-tale heroes each left a legacy of larger-than-life deeds that has captured the American imagination for over a century. The stories and presentation were good, voice acting was a bit over the top for my tastes; I definitely recommend sticking with it though if you agree (you'll know in the first story).

Excellent Author and Narrator
We read this book first and it was so good, we decided to listen to it too! The stories were retold in a way I have never heard before and I loved it. Johnny Appleseed made me cry. I would definitely recommend you read or listen to this with your kids. The narrator was also amazing. He was enthusiastic and had great character accents.
