only for women who repress anger

I only got through the first chapter, but if you are a woman who struggles with anger, this might not be for you. there is a lot of talk about how women express their anger passively and canned up hurting themselves. There isn't necessarily anything wrong with this, however I chafe at the idea that women have "this" anger while men have "that" anger. Over all, I wish I could have my credit back.
