it's ok

It talks about it anger it self; and why it's bad, why it's natural and few techniques to try to deal with it. I feel that most of this book that was supposed to help was common knowledge. And this might not be what you are looking for. To summarize the book learn how to meditate and practice it in comfortable position. I just saved you money, your welcome.

Literally a list of…if you do this, you need help.

And no help…it’s a book that tells you to seek therapy. Waste of money.
