Easy to follow, great simple recipes
The book is clear to the point, the recipes are simple and delicious and basic if one wants to elaborate and use this recipes for your own. I puse this broths almost every dish I prepare. Good for rice,vegetables, soups, paella casseroles etc

Amazing Book!!!

I always felt cookbooks were a waste of money because you may like a couple recipes but the rest of the book was useless. And with the plethora of recipes on the internet it just never seemed worth it. This one is the exception, I truly love how each recipe seems very simple - they are quick recipes, most don't require a ton of ingredients and don't contain anything too crazy where you'll have to go to multiple stores. But I also really appreciate how each recipe tells you whether it's gluten free, dairy free, vegan, paleo, etc. It really helps you get what you are looking for really fast - no more looking through blogs trying to make sure the recipe doesn't have a certain nut or gluten. Hope to find more like this from the author!

The explanation was clear and concise, the buying and prep guides very helpful. But this is not for the picky eater or your typical meat and potato person.

Great guide !!!

Great concise information about inflammation and ways to curb it. A biologist friend of mine mentioned chronic inflammation as an underlying issue for many health problems, and I wanted to know more. Inflammation is not just something that flares up obviously, it's a hidden problem that can lead to many serious conditions and diseases. This book explains all that very well and provides suggestions for making our lives healthier, ranging from vitamin supplements to moderate exercise to foods to include and exclude. Great guide!

Eat Healthy! It Helps!

This book is very helpful. It is put together in a way that is easy to follow and easy to incorporate into a daily or weekly routine. Great and yummy suggestions for recipes and meals that are not to difficult to put together. Especially good for someone ( like me) not able to make big changes but willing to move into a healthier direction. The weekly shopping lists are put together well and got me started out on the right path. Love this book!

Nicely set up with steps to prepare for this diet and good recipe ideas. Nice list of basic foods to enjoy and avoid!

Love it !!!

I have made several items out of this and so far they have all been great! Just made the leak fennel pear soup it was excellent! Oh and The Chia putting is very yummy!

This book is astoundingly important !!!

It is amassed in a way that is unquestionably not hard to take after and simple to join into a well ordered or well ordered arrangement. I like how to the exclusion of everything else they clear up a marvelous plan about the calming diet. I really didn't know much about it in the not exceptionally expelled past. I cherish the astonishing route at first they even have a diagram with things to gobble and others to keep up a key detachment from. I cherish it!

Good Book Ever !!!

I have 2 anti-inflammatory books and so far this one is the one I like the most. Lots of recipes to choose from especially if you are suffering from any sort of inflammations. The book offers alternative remedies for these kinds of medical conditions thru eating the right food. With the number of recipes to choose from, you’ll never get tired of trying each one of them. As much as these recipes can help you, it is still a must that you check with a doctor prior to any self-help remedies you want to try. Overall, the book is absolutely great!
