In one of Phil Mason's many revelations, you'll learn that Communist jets were two minutes away from opening fire on American planes during the Cuban missile crisis, when they had to turn back as they were running out of fuel. You'll discover that before the Battle of Waterloo, Napoleon's painful hemorrhoids prevented him from mounting his horse to survey the battlefield.

Better than I thought...
I love Max's books. I learned a lot by reading his books and by watching his interviews.
I was extreamly excited when he announced about the third book, although I was not sure I would like this one, especiallt as an audiobook.
I thought this book would be a little boring, will contain only recipes, and would be hard to follow as audiobook.
I'm so glad I was wrong. The book contains lots of useful information about different foods and food compounds, and lots of interesting recipes.
I highly recommend this book and his other 2 books to anyone who wants to improve their life.
