Impressive Book
I acquired an anxious mind with panic attacks after hitting my head in a car accident - not from the accident itself, but from the symptoms of a traumatic brain injury- as a result, I've turned to meditation and this book was a great help! - I think that for someone with anxiety, this book is marvelous! Tons Of Useful Information
This book is small but inside is tons of information to help reduce anxiety and become at peace. I suffer from anxiety and certain situations it arises which can make me feel horrible and so wish I never had it.
