A Great Guide and Introduction to Oils
This is a well written great guide and introduction to essential oils. I've used essential oils for years now but I learned quite a bit from this book too. There's wonderful information about various oils and what they can be used for. I especially enjoyed the history of essential oils. If you are interested in essential oils or just curious what they are then this book is for you. The only complaint I have is that I wish there had been a pdf to go with this which would list the recipes for easier use later. The narration was nicely done. Paula Slade has a nice clear voice and read at an easy pace. A great guide that I will recommend to my friends.

Good starter book
This is a great starter book to get you going. I received this book free of charge in order to give and honest review. If your looking for a good book to get you started with oils and their uses then you found it. You may find you want the hard copy like me so you could tab and mark the oils you want to try or use. But excellent starting point.

Packs a lot of information.
I really enjoyed this book. It's short, but it packs a lot of information. I've received quite a few bottles of essential oils, but I didn't know what to do with them. The manufacturer's of the oil obviously believes if you have a bottle then you automatically know what to do with it, so they don't put anything close to instructions on the bottle. Now, thanks to this book, I know what to do and I have access to several recipes and concoctions. I only wish I had the physical or ebook copy so that I could quickly look up the concoctions.
Paula Slade did a great job narrating. Her pace was excellent, so if I need to go back to write down a recipe, I don't think I would have to pause too often.

Great introduction to oils
I would love a pdf showing where certain oils are mentioned in the audiobook. I might need to buy the book so I can have the ability to find certain oils when needed.

Aromatherapy for a beginner
This is a book of quick and easy aromatherapy oil recipes. The author gives easy to follow recipes and what they are for. The book is separated into different categories and the directions are concise and direct. This is a good introduction to aromatherapy and lists many remedies for what the oils can be used for. If you enjoy looking into natural remedies this is a nice book to start with. Narrator Paula Slade speaks clearly and at a nice pace making it easy to follow along.
