About this listen

One great series in a single offering!

While on a trip to visit his children after his wife's untimely death, Cade Willmartin suffers a tragic car accident.

Waking up in a different world by some unknown means, he must use his new abilities to survive in this new world he finds himself in.

Facing new and unknown challenges, his control over the smallest bits of matter will certainly come in handy, as he begins his journey as the 'Atomic Mage'.

Enjoyable story

That it should be 30 hours long and a portion of the third book seems to have been cut when it was edited together

Enjoyable on an Atomic Level

Mathew Beans and Ophelia Madson do a great job bringing each of the unique characters to life in this transported to a new world type story! Great use of one credit for three books and can kick back and relax with. Main characters comes to grips with his new life and moving on with the struggles of creating a new family

Such a fun series!!

I really enjoyed this whole series this far with all the overpowered MC and his harem of lovely ladies as he makes his way toward godhood!! Only bummed that the author is on a hiatus with this one while working on others. Hope he finished this one soon!!

I'd really give it a 2/10.But my review even I know is mean so I'll not bomb the stars

This series is a mess. First it was way to much smut but well written and no story next book was way to much smut that was poorly written and no story. Like I wanted to like it but stopped half way into book three and read the last 3 chapters. This was some rip off ideas of Daniel Shinhofens Binding Words series with way to many similarities. The only redemption this had was the narrators but it was still a slog in the bog. The power system makes no sense most the time and power scaling is imbalanced. All the parts that should be exciting like a jail break are just skipped over. The Mc is so unlikeable and insane. The only time he did somthing smart and sensible was when his pregnant wives almost died in battle and he told them to stop fighting. But he also almost caused all their deaths with a super stupid choice right before that so not much going on in his head. Some one may enjoy enjoy the series but I need more plot and story that doesn't get glossed over and skipped. The spice in book one was well written and most of the girls are enjoyable.

After my prior comment about nearly genociding ppl - Cayde's lack of descriptions

Cayde's character describes almost everyone he meets to some degree except certain men, really mostly women. And people recognize that he's human. But he's scantly or to my knowledge not at all mentioned features of other humans that he's encountered. While I find it refreshing that it's reminded to the readers/listeners that he's a tall black man with dark skin, outside of the other races of the series there hasn't been a lot of that for the difference humans he's probably bumped into. Like that mercenary slaver mage boy from Book 1, no info on him. The Lizard Man that Cayde captured and the Werewolf Earth mage he fought got more details. And while I think his Toni was also a Black, there was only references to his newer wives mostly being a pale skinned or furred wives with no general description of her skin under the fur except maybe her nipples and labia.

These aren't exactly complaints but rather observations I've made on my 2nd time listening to this. Which I still love/enjoy a lot 🤷🏾‍♂️😂.

Fun story

terrible narrator. he didn't have a single moment that his tone matched the story. he even split sentences that changed the story to match his tone, a very over the top dramatic voice.

Another series book by Garrett Carter. You will not be disappointed. Also the dual narration really brings the story to life. I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review.

very fun

I love the op of the main character. However, I was disappointed because one of the chapters was not in the book. the chapter is the head of the snake. it was not finished. it cut out a big battle and the aftermath
