Good but needs a PDF to go with it
I was given this free review copy audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
As with many books like this, it could really use a companion PDF of the recipies mentioned to help people actually make them. It's not that the recipies are difficult to follow, it's because the instructions are given verbally and, unless you have a strong memory for that sort of thing (I don't), you'll find yourself pausing and unpausing the book a lot to catch directions you missed. I would recommend the ebook over the audio, but I still think it is good to listen to for the information on autoimmune disorders and how nutrition can help.

Fabulous collection of recipes!
The opening chapters are so on point, packed full of information it took me years and multiple doctors to assemble.
The balance is an amazing array of recipes using the foods and information discussed in the initial chapters. I was positively drooling as I listened. So nice to know why certain foods should be avoided and why others help, then learn how to present them in mouthwatering ways.
One star off for the difficulties inherent in bookmarking and following cooking instructions in an audio book. It seems like dividing things up into shorter sections would make it easier to navigate when actually applying things in the kitchen.
The narrator is awesome. Clear voiced, no annoying verbal tics, and lets me lose myself in the information.

Informative and Helpful
I received this book in exchange for my honest review.
This book is packed full of information that is helpful and easy to understand. The narrator was excellent. There are lots of helpful suggestions for recipe swaps, inflammatory friendly foods, and yummy recipes. The only downside is that this book doesn't come with a PDF of some of the information, which would make the information easier to use. I also think it would be beneficial if the chapters were labeled with their content and not just a number. Aside from those two issues, this book is invaluable for anyone dealing with autoimmune issues.
