Best book on reducing stress!
Bought this book a year ago at the worst point of my adrenal fatigue. Been listening to it several times, practicing the exercises and following the spirit of the book continuously. This is the best book I've found on dissolving physical stress: visual stress, posture issues, muscle tension. Working on physical stress also reduces emotional stress, pointing to where the later might have come from, thus the awareness to resolve it at the roots.
My adrenal fatigue is much better, with a clear trend pointing to a life reborn with energy and serenity. I'm confident sharp vision, great posture and emotional strength will come out of this journey. Thank you Meir for sharing!
This is the only review I've written after reading 400 books on audible, because it's a gem. Hope it helps.
