if your interested in better understanding this fleshy thing we call a body this is definitely a book worth diving into!
Although this is already a great book with phenomenal information; just as Katie stated a single point brought up could be a book in itself.
To put it simply this is only the tip of the iceberg that is the world of "Biomechanics".
P.S. There's a "Bloopers" section at the end that's pretty funny haha

Excellent book, narration, content. My first exposure to Katy was on the Robb Wolf podcast, been a fan ever since.This should be given to all people at birth
