Life-changing book + guided practices
I bought this book in paperback and immediately realized I would benefit from the Audible version in different ways, so I purchased both. In this Audible version, I love the guided practices set to music and read aloud by the author Matteo Pistono. With the Audible version, I can listen repeatedly. As noted in my Amazon paperback review, this book will change your life if you work it. After trying many other areas of healing (diet, trauma therapy, acupuncture, reiki, etc.), a dear friend and healer shared this book with me. Matteo Pistono provides powerful tools we always have with us - learning how to breathe and how to work with our breathing to balance our nervous system, raise energy levels, rest, and focus. Matteo teaches all of this as you listen to this book. He also sprinkles in interesting stories from his fascinating life and journey. I highly recommend this book in print and audio form! And if you ever have a chance to participate in one of his breathwork events, take it! I had the blessing of doing a 20-minute group session with him as part of this book launch with divine music by Michelle Anise, and my heart rate went to the level of sleeping immediately. So powerful. I will listen, read, re-listen, re-read, and share with others. Thank you so much, Matteo!

The book is a toolkit for personalizing your journey with the breath because everyone is unique. His AIR framework—Awareness, Intervention, and Regulation—is an invaluable strategy for taking control of your mental and physical state for a better and deeper experience of life.
I love the guided practices in this audio edition. It's so helpful to hear the book in Pistono's own voice and do the practices with him. At the same time, I've purchased the print edition as my go-to reference when I want to revisit the practices at my own pace.

a must read for everyone interested in finding out about breathwork
Beautiful, simple and insightful. the narration is equal to having your own breathwork facilitator in the room with you and gently guides you throught the different techniques.
