Blown away by the potential benefits

As someone who suffers from asthma, I was particularly interested in the section on how breathwork can improve lung health and ease shortness of breath. The author does an excellent job of explaining the science behind how breathwork can alleviate asthma symptoms and improve the overall quality of life for patients.

One of the things I appreciated most about this audiobook was the inclusion of breathwork techniques that can be delivered through self-guided digital audio. Much Needed

I developed Asthma as an adult. I sing so some breathing techniques are taught early thank goodness. I tried some of the COPD and Long Covid exercises and I can already tell a difference. Thank you!!!

Loved this audiobook!

There are so many golden nuggets in this book! I have some knowledge about breathing techniques and I was so surprised by how we’ll explained the techniques are and how well versed the author is. It’s my new favorite breathing book. I highly recommend it!

Very educative and useful

It is amazing how much information is useful for us and we really don't know much about. What I love more about this book is the information and background provided. There is so much to know about our body and the power we have in it. Just by breathing right, you are doing so well for your health. Even breathing, which we may think is just involuntary and normal, can go a long way to providing balance and focus. This is also a well-narrated book. Great job!

An acutal guide!

This book was extremely informative and a pleasure to read. If you've ever suffered from the effects of anxiety, insomnia, or even things like pain from bad posture, it will feel very relevant to you. After I finished the book, I tried one of the simpler breathwork techniques to calm myself down as I was heading to bed. I really could feel a difference after I did just a few rounds. It was very interesting.

For anyone that struggles with asthma, this book will show you how breathwork could help improve your symptoms. Extremely Well Done!

Breathing is something that most people take for granted. I frequently use deep breathing techniques when I teach students to focus to achieve better mental focus. With that in mind, this was a huge game-changer for me. This is such a valuable thing to have in my personal well-being arsenal. I love the narrator’s voice. So calm and reassuring. The self-guided digital audio was great.
