Quick but thorough

A very quick summary of what it takes to be a CM. I appreciate how it was presented cut all the bs out but now I am left wanting more from this author.

A Solid Foundation

I typically don’t write reviews but this audio book was so immensely helpful that I thought I needed to share my thoughts. I have been looking to break into the industry as an Construction Manager and was not sure where to start. A friend recommended Builder Tactics and their website. I could not have been more impressed! The topics covered and explanations are super helpful and detailed. Damien with Builder Tactics does such a great job of explaining the fundamentals of construction management and builds on that. If you’re looking for a solid foundation (pun intended) to become a great builder, this is it!

Great Book!

Interesting, easily digestible, and informative! A great read for anyone interested in construction, or management more generally! As an engineer I found the management advice to be useful and actionable, and the construction specific sections useful for thinking about jobs from alternate perspectives.

Not worth your time

This book is so basic that it doesn’t even begin to touch the information that would be expected of any worthwhile CM. Although I applaud the effort, and mean no disrespect, I recommend finding a different title to listen to.
