I’ve been listening to Eric’s podcast for years now. He packs his show with awesome guests, strategy tips and all around great content you can apply that day. As an avid listener, I can tell you this book combines all the gold nuggets from the shows into one review space making it a great first step in education for an aspiring construction leader or a great yearly reminder for an existing executive.
