This stuff works for real
Shawn lays out the simple process for how you WILL make a profit in your construction business.. Starting today (yep). Could not recommend this enough for anyone who's frustrated with the boom and bust cycle of making money and then watching it mysteriously disappear. Apply this book, change your life. Audiobook is easy to listen to with great stories and examples, plus Shawn's voice is like warm carmel running down a gradual snow crested mountainside.

Great concept & vision
The book is laced full of excellent information to help improve the situation for contractors and business owners. There is a ton of information to decipher and tricks to implement.
This book would be much better in the printed version vs audio book simply because of the formulas and “homework” throughout.

i loved this book and enjoyed all the stories in it and whole content i also see that this book has much more values than just profitability for you when you read !!
i don't know what to really write because i could write another book of compliements for this author and all the informations that are stored inside !! maybe this one sentence will describe it the best "this book should be called - BIBLE FOR CONTRACTOR " you have to read or listen to it or perhaps (like me) you need to do both if you are afraid that you will have trouble to understand it ! MUST HAVE IF YOU WANT TO BE SUCCESSFUL CONSTRUCTOR !!

A must read for any small contractor
The "Craftsmans Cycle" is a loop that you get in where you are working hard and turning over money, BUT NOT MAKING MONEY! That loop is alive and well and swallowing up contractors all over the country. THIS IS YOUR WAY OUT !!!

This is a great book that in detail explains the not so hard process of managing your cash in a construction business. It takes the best parts of Profit First and compliments it so the system is more applicable on a construction business.
