I learned so much and this helped me
I enjoyed listening to this audiobook on my way to work in my car. I suffer from a lot of anxiety and stress and I heard about this whole CBD thing. I got curious and bought this and now I know exactly what I need to do to help relieve my symptoms. Its quick and easy book. It gets right to the point so you learn so much right away.

I'm Ready to try CBD oils now!
This book is very well written and easy to listen to. Very easy to understand. I have had inflammation for a while now... I was uncertain about the benefits and "legitimacy" of CBD oil until this thorough explanation. CBD oil can help you cope with chronic stress, regulates anxiety, helps to heal wounds and helps you sleep. After listening to this audio I am confident with my decision to consume or apply CBD oils. Great book!

You’ve Heard of CBD, but do you actually know what it does for you?
I already knew about CBD products before purchasing this book, but this book opened my eyes so much more. There are a lot of hurting sick people out there some are struggling from simple minor aches and pains and others are going through so much worse like Depression, Anxiety, and even Autism like myself. If your tired of being filled with man made drugs or even just need something to help with the pain CBD oils might just be for you. Thank You Josh Vergs for opening my eyes even more on this Subject

Great and quick listen
I wasn't sure what to expect when I came across this book but the price was enticing. After listening to this I was very pleased. Only taking 30 mins or so I was able to listen on my lunch break. There is a lot I didn't know about CBD oils and it seems like a great alternative to using traditional pain relievers. I am glad I bought this book as there is a lot I didn't know about CBD oils. Great listen for anyone.

Very informative information about a pain reliever
I found this audio book very informative and learned a lot about CBD that I never knew about. The best part of this was that it was short, but still supplied a lot of information . The audio made it extremely helpful as I as I take over half an hour to get to work, so this was just the perfect length to get through the traffic to work one day. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn a lot but doesn't have a lot of free time.
