Love this.... Listen every night....
What made the experience of listening to Confidence for Acting, Public Speaking, and Performing with Self-Hypnosis, Guided Meditation, and Subliminal Affirmations Collection the most enjoyable?
I listen to this with my SleepHeadphones (a headband with ear phones I found on Amazon). It helps me go back to sleep when i wake up in the middle of the night. Also, I am professional facilitator and consultant and I want to feel greater ease while presenting. I do not have a high degree of fear - but I do want to have less tension and worry before, during and after a program. I like the four different segments related to hypnosis and confidence and ease. And al the other meditative soothing music on all the other tracks is wonderful too. Great voice, great affirmations and way better than I expected. I'm going to go look for other stuff by Joe Thielke.

Waste of time, regretful purchase.
Most of this (literally HOURS of it) is annoying "soothing " sounds.
Not much hypnosis at all & really not anything worthwhile about helping you understand ie develop as an actor.
I'd like my money back honestly.
