About this listen
What are anxiety and depression? Depression and anxiety are recognizably different in nature, but some symptoms cut through both conditions. Some people experience both depression and anxiety disorders simultaneously, but you can adopt strategies to deal with them here in my new book!
Anxiety disorders affect over 40 million Americans, and nearly 30 percent of adults at some point in their lives. More people are struggling with mental health issues today than at any other time in history. Some people are obsessed with debilitating thoughts about issues that are completely outside their control, while others are overwhelmed by information overload and have become addicted to social media.
Inside my book, you will explore the facts and opinions about anxiety and depression. Some stress-reducing techniques can be found inside such as:
- Exercise and Health strategies
- Different Forms of Therapy
- Using Mindfulness
- The Habit Loop
Take a look inside, and get one step closer to conquering your anxiety and depression!
