About this listen

Anna never knew werewolves existed until the night she survived a violent attack...and became one herself. After three years at the bottom of the pack, she'd learned to keep her head down and never, ever trust dominant males. But Anna is that rarest kind of werewolf: an Omega. And one of the most powerful werewolves in the country will recognize her value as a pack member—and as his mate.

Brilliant! Even though it is my second go round.

I read this story the first time back in 2009. I realized that "Alpha and Omega: A Novella from On the Prowl" was a new adventure for the story. Listening to the new novella tempted me to start this series all over again. Sooooo, I am now doing the happy dance because this series makes me happy.
The H and H are strong and good. The adventures are amazing, the action scenes are exciting and the entire story is compelling! PB pulls you into a wonderful world. I am not reviewing the actually book as much as just expressing how pleasing it is to start this series over again. Well I guess it is kind of a review if you realize that I spent money to purchase the books and I am now willing to purchase the audible versions of those same books.
So I am posting this to all of the books in the series, because I will be listening to them for this Christmas season! :)
Yes. This series is worth all of your credits LOL

Read the "Mercy Thompson" Series First!

You will get a lot more out of this book if you read the "Mercy Thompson" Series First!

I wish they would have used the same Narrator, a word or two is pronounced differently between the two readers and of course the characters that play in both books have a different voice. But besides that, it is pretty good. I think he does a perfect Charles voice, once you get over these slightly annoying differences it is a pretty good book.

I think this series is starting out a little better then the Mercy Thompson series. But I keep looking for an equal to the "Night Huntress World" series. If you find one let me know.

After this book I can say if you liked "Mercy Thompson" you will definitely like this book too.

Great job!

Loved the storyline and the narration. just wish this narrator and the Mercy Thompson books narrator would have established a pronunciation of Bran's title. In the Mercy books, it's like "moor-ROCK" and the A/O books he says it more like "MARE-ok". nothing horrible, just annoying after listening to all the Mercy books, first. Love love love Charles!!...and the way he is voiced here is perfect!

Amazing story

I was worried about listening to a new ready for this series, but it still doesn't disappoint. I loved every minute of it. And I'll be buying all of the Alpha and Omega series after finishing this one.

If you read Mercy Thompson.. This is a must!

I just started this series after reading 5 book of the Mercy Thompson books. Some of the same characters are mentioned in the series but this one is from Charles and focuses on him and how he meets his Omaga. Not Mercy/Adam and his pack.
Gave me some insight on Bran, the marock as well. I had wondered about him in the Mercy books.

Well written with mystery and characters with hardship.

I was a bit disappointed going in to this series knowing a different reader was used. I think Ms. King dose a great job with Mercy however, I must say. There was no need to worry. Mr Graham did a great job. I really enjoyed the change.

Enjoy the read, its great entertainment!

Great book from Briggs!

Ok, so I read the short story that started this story line (Alpha & Omega from the "On the Prowl" anthology) and loved it. I had to get this book to see what happened with Anna and Charles and I wasn't disappointed. I thought this book did very good at picking up where the short story left off and built the relationship between Charles and Anna very well. The balance between relationship and the action plot was great and I wasn't bored. I'd deffinately recommend this book. :)
