About this listen

International borders slammed shut. Communications wrecked.

GPS signals nonexistent. Worldwide power blackouts.

The planet balances on the edge of chaos.

Chechen separatists destroyed thousands of satellites in orbit, the effects crippling the world's militaries. Power and communications failures sweep the planet while emergency services are hobbled as fires and powerful storms rip across America.

Still recovering from his injuries, Mike Mitchell returns to his family at Senator Seymour's residence in Virginia, the place a fortress secured by dozens of Secret Service agents. The CIA has tracked down the terrorists that launched the attacks and offers a front-row seat to watch events unfold as a SEAL team closes in - but the video feed goes dead.

Outside the senator's house, thudding detonations as an attack begins.

Scrambling to stay alive, Mike realizes the onslaught isn't only against the Seymour residence in Virginia, but that a furious blitz has begun all over the country. As the full weight of America's military presses on stopping these terrorists, how are the attacks possible? Is it an invasion? Or something more sinister?

With their lives and the fate of the nation hanging in the balance, the bigger question becomes - who is the real enemy?

S Kaye

Thoroughly enjoyed this one! Of course RC is a gem. Sneaky at the end, but a truly great ending. Thanks Matthew!

Excellent Performance

A great book brought to life by another excellent performance by R. C. Bray. CyberWar is part of the CyberStorm series that is a very exciting adventure where an unseen menace is using killer drones to exact their plans and takes no prisoners.

Same review and book 2 - entertaining and thriller

Same review as I gave to book 2 in this series, I was confused by the different narrator from book 1, I wish it would have been consistent. Overall - good conclusion to the overall story, you really get invested with these characters. Slightly disappointing ending, but it kept me entertained - I would recommend.

A non stop thriller

Exciting through and through.
I couldn’t stop listening. Action, high tech and thriller combined. The best Mather I have read so far.

Fun Story

It's a fun story. There's a few annoying political jabs, but overall if you just enjoy it, then it's an ok book. R.C. Bray, as always, makes it a really good listen!

**This is my little political jab, so if you don't want to hear it, stop reading now because the rest of my review doesn't offer anything helpful in relation to the book.**

If you listen to the very end, the one thing I took away from this book was that the free world should be very concerned about China.

Listen and enjoy. It's a fun story, and Matthew Mather should send Mr. Bray a bonus!

Great ending to a good series!!!

After I slogged thru book one, the series, writing and characters really improved. So thankful that I have book 2 a chance, as this was a great series after book 1. RC Bray does an excellent job. Scary, that this series is possible during these troubled times!!!
