Learn the 4 styles

I found this a very fun, informative and enlightening audiobook. I definitely will be listening to this again, and reviewing the styles.

I did enjoy the live sessions and the storytelling. I highly recommend this audio to everyone as communicating and working with ALL of the styles impacts our personal lives as well as our professional lives.

PDF Supplement Needed

Would you listen to DISC Relationship Strategies again? Why?

Just a pdf with notes, the information provided a thoughtful perspective and clarified much of what is experienced in relationships. Listening was as grueling as enlightening.

What was one of the most memorable moments of DISC Relationship Strategies?

This is a wonderful glimpse in acceptance of peoples innate natural mind and behavior or motivation style categories. It allows insight for those whose whom are determined to mission to blend organizational groups of individuals for the dynamics necessary to accomplish things.

Entertaining & Informative

I enjoyed this book and learned a lot.. The example conversations were useful to imagine the 4 behavioral styles... There was a nice section toward the end which describes a typical sales cycle and how to communicate with each of the behavioral styles... The sales situations were targeted at business to business scenarios... I was hoping (very small observation really) to gave more business to consumer examples... Again, an excellent audio book...

C-type personality

The breakdown if the disc profiles were super categorized and well layed out. This helped me word out and give examples for what dialogue would look like between different personality. Very helpful. I’ll most likely brush up on it and listen in another 6 months

Not an Ideal Book for Audio

Is there anything you would change about this book?

This an important book to understand for improving your business and personal relationships, but I found it a bit tough to track with some of Tony's lists and category breakdowns in audio format. .

Suggest getting this in hardcopy or kindle format rather than audible.
