This is the first of the free Drizzt series that actually involves Drizzt -- the introduction narrated by Felicia Day involves his dwarven friends. I hadn't read this particular story before, which begins with an excellent battle sequence but ends with a very emotional tale of an intelligent goblin and Drizzt's own prejudice. It really doesn't get any better than this. A remarkable story, with lots of action, lots of subtleties, Here it is, laid out plain, why Drizzt is one of the most interesting literary creations of all time. He is from a hated race, and he tries to befriend one from an even more hated race, a race he himself hates. And the result is tragedy. Beautifully read by Dan Harmon.Need a introduction to Drizzt, here you go ...
