Fast paced action and very accurate in details

Very entertaining. The author must be a local to Washington DC metro area, all the places and locations are correct and very accurately described. When they meet for drinks to celebrate it feels like Rock Bottom in Bethesda or one of Adam’s Morgan pubs. And the scotch, of course. And Starbucks egg whites, yumm! The rest of the story is just a great read, with many ER emergencies and legal puzzles. The characters are well developed, a bit too extreme sometimes but it just adds to the overall adventurous atmosphere. Awesome!

Florida

Pretty good. A little long winded in places and a bit repetitive but all in all I liked it and will read another by this author.

Enjoyable and tightly plotted ER doctor adventures

I enjoyed this well crafted tale of a beleaguered ER doctor who is sued for malpractice in a series of difficult cases. Clearly, this was written by someone with intimate knowledge of and experience of working in a busy emergency room. It emphasizes the protagonist’s empathy for his patients and deep caring about their outcomes and their lives. This also shows the unbridled competitiveness of physicians with one another.
