she mispronounced words throughout the book but the worst was the last. Dove in the context of Lonsome dove is not d-oh-ve. Mesa is not mess-ah it is may-sa. it is very distracting to listen to a narrator who does not know how to pronounce words correctly. I'll not listen to another book narrated by her.

narrator needs to research her topic

Wonderful stories and writing.
I really liked the narrator she was very good at the male voices.

Very nice short stories

you really have to be able to get past the narrator messing up the pronunciation of a few nuanced words and not knowing that MI6 is M.I.6 not M. 16, etc, but truly the books are fantastic and suspenseful! 💞

the books are great!

Good story plot and overall execution. However, the narrator mispronounced several words consistently, which caused a jarring interruption in the story. Should really be edited more carefully. For example, the word "salve" should not be pronounced with an "L" sound; the word "junta" begins with an "H" sound, not a "J" sound: and "MI6" does not have the number "16" in it, the first two characters in the British intelligence agency name are letters.

Good stories, performance needs editing

I picked this one up on Audible and listened to all three selections and even though they are all different there were all great. I do think I have read them before though as I think these were all published somewhere I have but this was great to get on audio and play while working. Definitely would recommend them all.

There’s a Table of Contents to distinguish the novellas. They’re about the same length at 3.5-4 hrs.
They also give a decent taste of the author’s books.
However, beware that, for the most part, this narrator doesn’t narrate their other books.

1. Just Bad Enough by Sherrilyn Kenyon and Dianna Love- series: B.A.D. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
B.A.D. agent Jeremy gets to know neighbor CiCi, despite her over protective brothers.
The action seemed tacked on at the end, but the romance was pretty good.
Unfortunately, this narrator only narrates one other B.A.D. book (which I recommend).
The other series books (1 and 2 especially) have narrators that ruined them for me.

2. Leave No Trace by Cindy Gerard - series: Black Ops ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Cav (Cavanaugh) rescues Kerrie from a Myanmar prison.
This had the most cohesive and exciting story, even if Cav as a one man rescue Op is ridiculous.

3. Unstoppable by Laura Griffin ⭐️⭐️
Navy Seal Gage protects archaeologist Kelsey from mysterious deaths.
The random scene of Gage in Kandahar threw me, but then it opens into a
rather dull romance and mystery that randomly connects to terrorism.

Decent sampler for authors

I’ve listened to all books in the series hoping to get update on certain characters and the secret society that’s been building from book 2…. For this to be the culminating book that didn’t address any of that… highly disappointing.

I’m disappointed
