I wrote this book to teach you about the benefits of jerky and perhaps more importantly, to share with you some of the amazing jerky recipes I've stumbled across in my lifetime. The difference between this book and similar books on the market is that I have carefully selected recipes using a variety of meats that lend themselves well to the jerky-making process.
In other words, you won't find complex or outright disgusting recipes in this guide that may or may not appeal to a small audience. My goal is to make jerky accessible to everyone. I think once you better understand the process, you'll be dying to try out some of the recipes found in this book. And yes - they are that good. And easy to make. And, well, you get the picture.
