It really should be more of a reference book to pull what you need not a deep dive into information that you listen to on audio or pull out for a good read.

This book is not taking about the subject of its title: The best antiaging treatment as one would expect from such title when written by a physician; it is talking about the make up, cosmetics, and skin and hair care.. I just scanned the titles without going into its detail..It is not suitable at all for anyone looking for antiaging treatment!
