Publisher's summary

He has stolen her past, but MacKayla will never allow her sister's murderer to take her future. Yet even the uniquely gifted sidhe-seer is no match for the Lord Master, who has unleashed an insatiable sexual craving that consumes Mac's every thought - and thrusts her into the seductive realm of two very dangerous men, both of whom she desires but dares not trust.

As the enigmatic Jericho Barrons and the sensual Fae prince V'lane vie for her body and soul, as cryptic entries from her sister's diary mysteriously appear and the power of the Dark Book weaves its annihilating path through the city, Mac's greatest enemy delivers a final challenge....
It's an invitation Mac cannot refuse, one that sends her racing home to Georgia, where an even darker threat awaits. With her parents missing and the lives of her loved ones under siege, Mac is about to come face-to-face with a soul-shattering truth - about herself and her sister, about Jericho Barrons...and about the world she thought she knew.

Moning never fails to entertain

This book was wonderful, the story was fast paced and artfully drew you into an alternate reality, I found myself believing that fairies exist. Natalie Ross and Phil Gigante have wonderful, enthusiastic deliveries, having the two presenters really brought the story to life. I was sorry to hear the book end, I really got lost in it. Take notes other audio book publishers.

Awesome series, so glad I took the risk

I really liked that they had 2 narrators. I think it added a little something to the audio to have both male and female voice wish more books would do the same. I'm so glad Jeanie Frost suggested this series on her fan page, I have really enjoyed it.

Awesome Story!! Terrible Narration!!

Where does Dreamfever rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

As far as story goes, one of my all-time favorite. As far as narration goes...the absolute worst. This poor woman's voice was so gratingly irritating that it was sometimes difficult to listen to.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Barrons. Always Barrons. He's sexy and mysterious and awesome and legendary!!

How did the narrator detract from the book?

She was just plain awful. She was way over acting. So melodramatic. It really made me want to quit listening at certain points. I was excited to hear someone other than Joyce Bean, but I would take her a million times over this chick in this particular book. She also tended to mis-pronounce words. Got on my nerves to no end. I enjoyed Phil doing the male characters. That poor girl was just hideous. It will be a while before I listen to this again just because of her narration.

Dreamfever's female narrator a disappointment

After listening to the first 3 books which used Joyce Bean as a narrator, with her correct Irish accents and lovely Southern drawl, Natalie Ross as this book's narrator is a huge disappointment. And Phil Gigante as the character "Barons" is not much better.

Natalie can't seem to choose which accent to use when trying to voice an Irish accent for the character Dani. She is all over the place, using Cockney, Scots and even a British accent at times. While her voice is lovely it would be much better suited to a story where there are no accents present.

While Gigante has the Barons character's larger than life voice, he also can't seem to get the accent right. The only character's accent he can get right is the Scot, Christian.

As a 4th book in this series, this one would be a great read, but I feel it's definitely a disappointing listen when compared with the first 3 books.

Always a winner

This series keeps me coming back. Hate the cliffhangers, but I love the characters and dialogue.

Good but

The story is good but I miss the narrator from the previous books. She was awesome. On to book 5 now.
