Repetitive non-informative sentences throughout this audiobook. At one point after the narrator repeated the same word several times (with doors opening and closing in the background) she loudly clears her throat. Did anyone edit this audiobook before publication? Content is too confusing… “never eat apples after 5pm”— “eating apples at night can help you sleep because they contain tryptophan”.

Repetitive horrible narration
