Healthy Life Style Blue Print!

This book is all about ditching those habits that hurt your health mentally and emotionally and instead learning what and how to replace them.
The author gathered healthy options in each category from nutrition to exercise, and everything in between in easy-to-follow steps.
I enjoyed listening to this nice narration which also has the right duration/length of the book over the evening. I can't wait to apply my takeaways. I'm planning to listen to it a few more times to maximize my understanding of the details as you will discover something new. I recommend this great book.

Packed with Great Information

I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook and definitely picked up a lot of good tips that I am starting to incorporate. Before listening to this audiobook I never really understood the importance of eating lean proteins. I thought I had been doing a good job with portion control but I really learned a lot about the lean protein and whole grains. The section about setting a good slepp/nbedtime routine was very helpful.
