Makes total sense!
I have some close friends who have always been sold on the effectiveness of essential oils, but it was never something that I sought out. Then you have something in your life that you can't find answers for and you start looking everywhere. I wanted someone to really explain how this works; how it's connected. The book has really helped me get a start on how my own personal 'life cake' is put together and how I can improve it. Mind, Body, and Spirit.

Opened my eyes
