An inspiring book
I've just finished listening to this audiobook and I can honestly say I was super impressed by it. The book starts off looking at happiness, what it is and the psychology behind it which is something that you don't often hear being talked about. Having an understanding of this, makes the road towards it a much more straightforward one. The rest of the book is split into different chapters and each one is a significant area of one's life. For example, work, relationships, finances etc. Each of these chapters was a deep dive into actionable steps to achieve "happiness" in these significant areas of your life.
The book was written in a really great and accessible tone that wasn't too overwhelming and was actually a very inspiring in a lot of places. Plus the narration was on point and fitted the mood of the book just right. This is a perfect book for men wanting to be put on the roadmap to happiness, I loved it!

Good info
This is a pretty good book targeted specifically for men but some women would enjoy it too. Mainly good sound advice you'd get from a grandmother with a sprinkling of new age views. Definitely NOT what your "manly" friends would discuss over beers but probably should. Narration wasn't great but it's tolerable.

Uplifting guide for men!
I added this to the library for my husband to listen to, and he really enjoyed it. I actually listened to a lot of it myself out of curiosity, and some of it can actually be applied in both male and female lives (not all, of course). There is such a wide range of applicable topics, from emotional intelligence to careers and finances to relationships. It's been well-researched and very well written! Defintely would recommend to men, or to those looking to get their partner a nice little gift in the form of an audiobook.

Very informative and great practical strategies!
Great book overall! Very easy to listen to. I would say majority of the insights and learnings from the book could be applied to both women and men, which was nice. I especially liked the strategies on building resilience, seeing challenges and setbacks as growth opportunities, being kind to yourself, having self compassion and remembering to practice gratitude to ensure contentment and long term happiness. Definitely recommend!

Excellent guide for happiness
Just wrapped up listening to 'Every Man's Guide to Happiness' and, wow, what an enlightening journey it was! Right from the beginning, when it delves deep into understanding happiness and its psychological foundations, I felt like this wasn’t just another self-help book. Good hearty advice
This audiobook is enjoyable to listen to, although maybe the narrator is a bit cheesy at times. Nevertheless, it really covers a huge amount of good advice and delivers a lot of information. It gets you thinking about whether you've been stuffing your emotions down inside and not being true to yourself. It encourages you to free yourself up and allow yourself to open more. Perhaps the greatest value just realising you're not alone and that all us men go through stress and hardship and touch times, but that's normal.

It was like the universe knew.
My a stroke of fortune, this audiobook landed in my life at a real low point. It’s not so much a “self help” book, as a long term plan to improve your mental state, and quality of life.
The book is well written, and the narrator really gets into the role, pulling you into the positive mindset.

Clear and succinct
I really enjoyed this book as it brought forth clear and succinct steps to be taken in order to make improvements in one’s own life. Another nice touch was a brief review of all chapters towards the closing which allows one to quickly zip back to certain chapters instead of having to hunt around as I’ve had to do with other books. This makes repetitive listening a breeze.
