Not bad, did what it said it would
Would you consider the audio edition of Fall Asleep Fast to be better than the print version?
Since you can't really read yourself to sleep, it's better to have the audio version.
What did you like best about this story?
It consisted of one meditation that had me asleep in a decent amount of time.
Any additional comments?
I liked the meditation, it was easy to follow. Also liked the background music, which was a nice touch. It's a straightforward meditation that lulls you to bed.

Wonderful for sleep
Much easier to fall asleep with this sleep program. Was tossing and turning for nights on end, got this and got to sleep relatively quickly. Grateful!!!

Great to fall asleep
I use this Audible every night. Without fail this audible book puts me to sleep and keeps me asleep all night long. Sometimes I wake up when it is almost finished and go back a chapter or two so I can get a few extra hours of sleep. It works wonderful.

Got Me to Sleep
What did you love best about Fall Asleep Fast?
I was able to get to sleep pretty fast during the first time listening to this audiobook. I was pretty pleased with this, and I listened to it again the next night with a different version of the meditation. Both times had the same results. I was able to get to sleep while listening.
What does Chloe Rice bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
She has a soothing voice. It is mellow and a little monotone, which is great for relaxation.
Any additional comments?
If you fall asleep during this meditation, you might listen to each and every meditation provided if you don't shut off the recording. I'm still trying to figure out if there's a way to stop the recording after just the one meditation so that I don't get woken up by another meditation starting. But, I just turned the volume down pretty low so that I don't wake up if I do end up falling asleep with my earphones in again. This seems to work for me.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
Not helpful at all and noise gave me a headache rather than drifting off
What could Vera Jones have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
There was about 10 minutes of "guided" meditation and the rest was noise!

I feel cheated
Not much of a meditation. Mainly just some background noise and rain for the entire 3/4hrs. Thai review is written while listening to this nonsense while I am clearly still awake :(

a lot of money for nature sounds
a waste of money. it's all mostly just woo woo music. the "guided meditation" is just a short bit at the beginning of the second chapter and not very imaginative.
