Good content but Poor presentation

The book is a high-level guide to the subject. That as well researched and contains good content
. The presentation unfortunately is not very well done. Although the narrators voice is clear it is obvious that he is just reading the book without understanding what he is presenting. The best audiobooks are presented in a conversational style and this is not that. Also because of his unfamiliarity with the content he miss pronounces a number of words. Which is distracting at least and unprofessional.

Beyond my traditional upbringing

narrator was great
I just finished the book and I'm thrilled and encouraged to take the month challenge. I will do more research as the book suggested so I'm not just getting info from the book. I like that it doesn't claim they are the first or only resource. I will re-read to take better notes to start my journey. I was just starting a diet similar to keto and was intrigued with the symptoms I am experiencing with the bloating and gas related to carbs I was eating so this helped me understand it better plus I am intrigued with brain health and prevention of neuro degenerative disease. This book has sparked my interest to move forward in my studies on the opposite side of vegan which is where I was headed towards. Thinking it was my only hope. I now have a new perspective.

Disappointing

I having read several books on the carnivore diet and fasting. I was hoping this book would have actual plans laid out. That was not the case. Presentation was very poor and confusing. There’s chapters, not in succession, and there were no concrete plans are in the book. for example, how often to fast when does stop eating when to start eating etc. I wouldn’t recommend this book. In fact, I wish I could return it.
