This is an easy to read book that helped me to be in a good head space which I could make better decisions for myself. Beautiful Audiobook
Firstly, the narration of this is amazing. It fits perfectly with the tone of the audiobook.
In regards to the actual content of the audiobook itself, it's just beautiful. I found it to be super calming and spiritual, which is exactly what i'd hoped for.
I'm definitely going to be listening to this again, especially at times where life gets a bit too fast paced and I need to re centre. Highly recommend this book, it's really, really great.

Everyone should listen to this book
In today's stressful world, this book is a blessing. Everyone will benefit from listening to it, and not just once. I already listened a few times and I find new wisdom each time. Rushing through life, living out of balance, and chasing an elusive next-best shiny object are all the signs of everyday insanity we impose on ourselves. This book will show you the way out of the vicious cycle of modern lifestyle and find inner peace and achieve balance by exercising creativity, and gratitude, and taking care of your physical, emotional, and spiritual health. It's well-written and beautifully narrated.

Drop in the ocean
The imagery in this book is so vivid and inspiring. I especially liked the “drop in the ocean” quote that spurred the publishing company name. It’s comforting and empowering to remember that you are whole (just as you are) but are also part of a bigger collective that merges with your being. The Ultimate Guide to Living in the Present
I was looking for something to help me reduce stress and learn to appreciate the present, and this audiobook delivered! Brian Heston's personal experience with mindfulness and the power of living in the present moment is captivating, as is his philosophy. Michael Later's narration did a fantastic job of bringing Brian's material to life.
What I loved most about this audiobook was the practical advice and tips provided. The chapter on gratitude really resonated with me, and I found myself implementing the suggested gratitude journaling exercises immediately. The author also provides helpful breathing exercises that I have found to be incredibly calming and centering. I also enjoyed the occasional music and hearing the quotations from wise and notable people.
From the foreword to the conclusion, this is a fabulous listen. I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone looking to find more peace and contentment in their daily lives. Whether you are new to mindfulness or a seasoned practitioner, there is something here for everyone.
