Thus is THE book on Qigong
Anthony has written a book that is open, clear, and throws away the mystery that many books on Qigong have, while celebrating the magic of this internal art. It is also a moving and hugely personal tale of strength and endurance, that people who struggle with many different issues will take heart from. As a qigong practioner of many years, I was surprised and delighted to discover just how much more there could be on my journey of growth. For your healths sake, mental and physical, do read this book, and use the many bonus links to videos and blogs it comes with!

Qigong is simply a part of our daily life!

Get it for the online extras
This was somewhat useful as an introduction to qigong. I appreciate Big Tony’s thoughtful adaptation of the art to a contemporary western context.
