This was an awesome book written by Sylvester Jenkins. Love his transparency in sharing some if his most trying moments in his life and how he over came them. The fact the book gives you tools to help you become a better version of yourself did it for me.

A look into what resilience looks like.
Open. Honest. Real. 3 words that can be used to describe what it is like as Sylvester's words resonate within your heart. This is an amazing look into what honesty looks like and spilled across the pages. I was floored at how honest a military member could be while welcoming us on his healing story. This was a very easy listen and I did it in one setting while working. Thank you for a real look at adversity and healing.

strongly recommend this book
this was a very interesting book the simplicity formate and layout were very helpful with understanding the different ways to evaluate advertisings and apply these methods and understanding to your own personal life and challenges you face while being able to relate and empathize with the author and his story of facing adversity its a quick read yet packed with interesting and valuable information I personal will be rereading and utilizing the ways this book lays out to use adversities both past and future for good

Amazing and Motivating
“From Combat to Comeback” is truly an amazing and motivating book. It’s filled with so many gems that I’m sure will help people of all ages. My favorite is “3 types of people”; Potato, Egg & Coffee Bean….love that analogy!
I’ve read the book and now with it being available as an audiobook I can listen as I’m driving and/or working.
