Love the balance in this book!
I love how this book provides both relevant data and a kind approach for examining how these things make an impact on the individual level. I also loved the many examples of how to tackle the challenges shared. Not to mention that Dr. Jenn considers the many angles of these complex issues, never prescribing a one size fits all. So glad I found this book! So many real life applications and it's already making a difference in my life.

Wonderful book
This book has some very impactful information and suggestions. The only drawback was the reader was not very impactful herself. I do recommend the book, however.
